The Intermediate Workflow is designed for those who have months of experience with their star tracker. In this workflow we'll incorporate an auto-guider and the ASIAir.

In Part 2 we'll use the iOptron SkyGuider Pro. This workflow is designed for the beginner who is just using the star tracker for the first few times.

In Part 1 we'll cover the basic setup process for deep space astrophotography using the SkyWatcher Star Adventurer. Even if you don't have this particular tracker, I do recommend watching the video for important tips and techniques.

There are multiple ways to use your star tracker, depending on your skill level. In this video we'll cover the differences between a beginner and intermediate workflow.

If you are using a large telephoto lens or telescope, it's critical to balance it properly in both Right Ascension and Declination. A properly balanced setup will allow you to shoot longer exposures with sharp stars
