  • While watching a video called Why Earthquakes in the East are more dangerous, the guy spoke about the New Madrid earthquake in the early 1800s, from the actual articles he showed it put the earthquake around 1811 and 1812. He goes on to state that because of normal processes the whole Mississippi river and river delta are made up of multiple layers of sand, clay and water sitting on top of bedrock. I was wondering if this could have had an impact at all during the younger dryas and possible events after the flooding.

  • Has Randall considered writing a book? I would love to have all of the information, history, and theories explained together in modern print! Maybe something like Graham Hancock's books but with more "Kosmographia-ness".

  • I was just watching America's ice age explained on the History Channel and they got to the part about the great lakes and how they were dug by and later filled by the glacier. but I kind of recall hearing before that they and most lakes up that way were spring and tributary fed lakes. I find it hard to believe that they were filled with just the glacier water and still be that full. after 10-15k years it could not still be at the same depth unless still fed by the same amount of water. Also they keep talking about the glacier being a vertical wall of ice miles thick. Every glacier I have seen were sloped, except those by water.

  • I've listened to many of your podcasts. Those on Halloween were two of my favorites. You singled out members of the Taurid meteor shower as the "Witch" that appeared in the midnight sky. I assume that the Pleiades precesses and thus after 2000 years the meteor shower would appear in December, then January and so forth. But in your presentation it was always in the late October early November time period. Please explain your reasoning.
