How to Attract Leaders, NOT Followers

There is a reason Hyenas stay the f* away from Lions but are always there to clean up the leftover scraps… oh, and the buzzards. Don’t forget the buzzards. 

There are people who need to follow, and there are people who need followers. How much does that really have to do with leadership? People who lead usually need other people who can lead.  They need leaders who know when it’s the right time to step up and when it’s the right time to play the support role. A true leader knows how to support.
